Jolie Brodylo

Jolie was first introduced to the sport of luge when she was driving through WinSport in Calgary and noticed a Luge Wants You sign. She then decided to attend a recruitment camp to see how she liked it. After trying it out, she loved it, so she decided to sign up for that year. Jolie spent one year on the novice team and then continued up the development program. This will be her seventh year in the sport, and she hopes it will continue. Outside of Luge Jolie also enjoys many other sports. She has been skiing for almost her whole life and played hockey for eight years where she met her hero Hayley Wickenheiser – she likes going fast on ice! She has also played volleyball, badminton and track and many other sports. In her free time Jolie likes to bake, create art and spend time with her Cairn Terrier, Fergus. A graduate of the National Sport School, Jolie is a strong student and is interested in business and psychology. Did You Know…Jolie used to play cello, piano, drums, trumpet and recorder.
