The Annual General Meeting shall be convened according to the bylaws of the
Canadian Luge Association.
Submissions:
· of the names of voting delegates(as per bylaw 8.6)
· of nomination proxy(for non attending nominees as per bylaw 6.4)
· of proxy votes(as per bylaw 8.8)
will be accepted prior to the beginning of the Annual General Meeting, March 31, 2007, in writing to the Secretary, Stacy Pothier.
