CANADA'S ELITE LUGE ATHLETES BACK ON TRACK IN CALGARY TO PREPARE FOR WORLD CUP TEAM SELECTION TRIALS

Canadian Luge Association holds selection race October 17, 2009 in CalgaryCALGARY- Canada's elite male and female luge athletes invite national media to observe their final training sessions on October 15th before competing in the final World Cup Team Selection Trials at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, October 17, 2009.

Returning from their first full-week of on-ice training and opening selection race at the Whistler Sliding Centre last week, Canada's top high-performance luge athletes will hit the Calgary track from 9-10:30 a.m. October 15th.

It will be the final on-ice media availability for the Canadian Luge Team in Calgary before the World Cup season kicks off in the Olympic city, November 16-21, 2009.
