TIME: Racing: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Medal Presentations: 12:30 p.m. in Festival Tent (near finish dock)
LOCATION: Canada Olympic Park, Luge Track

  • National Team athletes return from international World Cup competition to take on each other for the Canadian title.
  • Canada's Developmental Team athletes, after a full winter of local training on Calgary's track while the National Team were on tour, look to use that experience to claim their spot on the podium.

    • Kyle Connelly - Junior II (under 20) World Cup Season Silver Medalist
    • Jeff Christie - Junior I (under 17) World Cup Season Gold Medalist
    • Grant Albrecht/Mike Moffat - Doubles Team Silver Medalists at Junior World Championships in Altenburg, Germany.
    • Lindsay Danforth - has won Canadian Championship in her age category each of the past six years. Going for seven in a row - now competing at the Womens Junior I level (under age 17).
